A contemporary three storey rear extension to a traditional two storey coach house in the Clifton and Hotwells Conservation Area.

The design featured rectilinear volumes which adjoin a neighbouring property and step down towards the rear garden. Full width bi-fold doors open out to the garden. Inside an open plan living space leads to a new 3 storey staircase, which is topped with a sliding rooflight.
