Fallowfield House Submitted for Planning

Really pleased to have submitted a planning application for an extension in the Victoria Park Conservation Area, Manchester.

Our design provides new accessible spaces and linkages between the gardens, articulated as traditional red brick volumes and a much lighter timber framed glazed conservatory. Excited to see what happens next!

The proposals involve the continuation of a Victorian terrace in order to provide a spacious home with enhanced daylight and accessibility.

Planning Permission for Bridge Farm

Our Bridge Farm project in Lymm has received a planning permission from Warrington Borough Council. Our designs were commended by the planning and conservation officer.

We are looking forward to developing the detailed design with the aim to start on site early 2025
