The project involves the demolition of existing single storey garages and the construction of a new end of terrace three bedroom house. The accommodations makes provision for a building regulations Part M4(2) enhanced accessibility. The proposals are traditional in form with contemporary fenestration and detailing.

The project is due to start on site in 2025 and will involve a highly insulated steel and timber frame built to Passivhaus standards
