Our project in the Rusholme and Fallowfield Conservation Area is a single storey extension and works to the existing building in order to improve the fabric performance. The proposals will enhance the overall accessibility by providing level access and a ground floor bathroom and accessible kitchen.

The designs aim to compliment the existing building while providing spaces with high levels of daylight. S10A are appointed for design, planning an detailed design for tender.
