Our proposals for new dwelling and landscaping have been submitted to Newcastle Under Lyme Council for planning approval.

This green belt home involves two pitched roof volumes linked by a glazed corridor. The building engages with the topography, providing access and terraces a various levels.

Studio10Architecture have provided architectural design, landscape concept and planning services.

Our proposals for a self-build four bedroom dwelling have been granted planning approval from Trafford Council.

Our design responds to the heritage sensitive site with a simple pitched roof volumes inspired by the wider rural context.

The proposals involve the continuation of a Victorian terrace in order to provide a spacious home with enhanced daylight and accessibility.
