The project involves a small housing development for a site the edge of Newnham-on-Severn. The site slopes down towards the east and benefits from elevated views of the Severn Estuary.

The proposals involve four house types ranging from three to five bedrooms. Facing East are a series of three storey detaching houses featuring glazed gables ends and contemporary detailing. The simple external material palette and paired back detailing is intended to reference the surrounding agricultural architecture.
