A new 3 bedroom house on the site of an existing semi detached house. A pitched roof brick volume provided generous glazing and a small balcony. A lower timber clad volume faces the existing garden and features a green roof and rooflights.

S10A provided planning design, and construction information. The project is due to start on site in 2024
