S10A were appointed to undertake a measured survey and detailed drawings of the Grade II listed Star and Garter pub, in support of a Listed Building Consent application.

The consented works involve a new mural on the three storey gable elevation of Joy Division singer Ian Curtis, in support of Headstock and SHOUT85258 for World Mental Health Day 2023. The mural was painted by the well known street artist Akse P19.
