A new building in an iconic location within the Clifton and Hotwells Conservation Area. The project involves a 5 storey building containing two duplex apartments over a parking and access level.

Each apartment has a balcony or terrace facing the harbour. The massing is a 3 storey brick volume cantilevered over the ground floor access. The upper storey is set back and clad with zinc, featuring sliding glass doors, rooflights and photovoltaic panels.
