Our designs for a new build three bedroom home in Gorse Hill have been gained planning approval.

The proposals involve the continuation of a Victorian terrace in order to provide a spacious home with enhanced daylight and accessibility.

Our project in Alderley Edge which will see a full house remodel and several extension, has been issued for tender.

S10A provided design, planning, technical information and coordinating the tender process.

Our remodel and extensions project in Swinton, which aim to double the floorspace, have gained planning approval by Salford City Council.

Our Bridge Farm project in Lymm has received a planning permission from Warrington Borough Council. Our designs were commended by the planning and conservation officer.
