The project involves the demolition of an existing two storey building and the construction of a stepped building containing four apartments. Private and visitor parking is provided in a landscaped forecourt. The building steps down from thee storeys along Park Road to a single storey at the rear.

The design is aligned to Trafford LPA’s emerging Design Code, in order to provide a design which is influenced by the local context both in roof form and materiality. Red brick, cedar and dark grey aluminium details are the primary external materials.
